用途 Application
螺带混合机一般用于粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒体的混合以及粉粒体中添加液体及糊状物料的混合，同时由于粘性物料清洗困难的特点，适用于产量大、不经常更换品种的场合混合。卧式螺带混合机广泛适用于化工、医药、复合肥、染料、颜料、橡胶、建材、食品、奶粉、保健品、饲料、添加剂、养殖业、生物工程、精细化工、陶瓷、耐火材料、稀土、塑料玻璃以及新材料、核能材料等行业的固－固（即粉体与粉体）、固－浆（即粉体与浆体）的物料混合。
The ibbon mixe is geneally used to mix sticky o agglomeate powde mateial o powde mateial with liquid and sluy mateial. Consideing the difficulty in cleaning the sticky mateial, the equipment is also suitable fo big poduction capacity and the occasion whee the mateial doesn&squo;t often change. The mixe is widely used in the following sections: chemical, phamacy, compound fetilize, dyestuff, pigment, ubbe, constuction mateial, foodstuff, milk powde, health poducts, feedstuff, additives, livestock beeding, biological engineeing, fine chemical, ceamics and so on. It is mainly aim to mixe powde and powde mateial o powde and liquid mateial.

III．工作原理 Woking pinciple
该机型由容器、螺旋搅拌叶片和传动部件组成：螺旋叶片一般做成双层或
三层，外层螺旋将物料从两侧向中央汇集，内层螺旋将物料从中央两侧输送，形成对流混合。
The mixe consists of containe, helix mixing blade and tansmission pats. The helix blade is usually designed into double laye o thee layes. The oute ibbon will make the mateial fom both sides gathe in the cente while the inne ibbon will make the mateial fom the cente feed in the sides. This can fom counte cuent mixing.

使用 opeation
1．开箱后，检查合格证.使用说明书.装箱单.资料是否齐全,备品备件是否齐全。
Afte opening the wooden box, please check whethe the qualified cetificate, use&squo;s manual, packing list and spae pats ae complete.
2.检查在运输过程中，机器有无损坏，各紧固件是否松动。
Please check whethe the mixe is in good condition afte long tanspotation. The fasten pats is loose o not.
3.机体内部已进行处理，如经过长期搁置或长途运输，开车前必须打开前盖，检查机内是否有杂物，如有杂物必须仔细清理，以免铁销混入产品。
The inne pats of the mixe have been teated. If it is left fo a long time o long tanspotation, please check whethe the inne pats of the mixe have sundies befoe stating the mixe. If thee ae some sundies, please clean them.
4.检查减速机的机油是否加到油标位置。
Please check whethe the machiney oil of the educe has been added to the position of oil gauge.
5.接通电源，并接地，开启电源开关。
Connect the powe and gound, tun on the powe.
6.机器运转正常，运转5-10分钟后，开始加料工作。
If the machine can opeate in good condition fo 5-10min, you can feed the mateial into the containe now.
VI. 维护 Maintenance
1.本机器运行累计500小时左右时，请检查主轴承，必要时清洗，加入适量的润滑脂或更换。
Afte about 500 hous&squo; opeation, please check the main beaing. If it is necessay, please clean and add pope amount of gease o eplace it with a new one.
2.机器必须可靠接地。The mixe must be gounded stably.
3.机器运转300小时后，要更换减速机里面的机油，机油为42#机械油，以后每工作500小时更换一次。
Afte about 200 hous&squo; opeation, please eplace the machine oil of the educe. The model of the machiney oil is 42#. Afte this, you should eplace it afte 500 hous&squo; opeation.
